I have successfully translated complex organizational challenges into measurable outcomes through coaching, capability building, performance measurement, change leadership, and evidence-based decision making.

 

As a learning performance consultant utilizing organizational development models, I have built, led, and transformed organizations to achieve their goals.

I have extensive expertise in not only the diagnosis, but building a plan informed by stakeholders, research, and clarity of desired outcomes. Very often, the plan requires creating scalable learning environments that improve performance, engagement, and results.

About Building High-Impact Organizations and Performance Systems

Building a high-impact organization is about aligning strategy, culture, and people to work toward the desired outcomes. It requires deep awareness of the organization's assets, problem areas, goals, and structures; connection amongst stakeholders; strategic planning; persistent reflection, evaluation, and adjustment; and the understanding that each and every piece of the puzzle impacts outcomes (sometimes the smaller pieces and changes have the greatest effect). 

Each organization is unique. "Best practices" and "evidence-based solutions" are the starting point, but they are often studied or implemented in isolation, not in consideration of the full context of the organization. Building a successful performance system requires understanding how all of the pieces fit together and what that unique configuration will require to improve. There is no study that captures your organization's needs exactly. The process of change, growth, and improvement is dynamic and must be nimble and agile.

Leveraging my expertise, research, and past successes, I can help new and existing organizations improve performance and culture by investing in deeply understanding your needs, designing a plan to improve, supporting the implementation of that plan, and diagnosing what is working and what needs to be changed.

I am an executive leader with 20+ years of experience helping organizations improve through learning performance design, organizational development, strategy execution, leadership development, stakeholder consulting, and continuous improvement. I have proven success translating complex organizational challenges into measurable outcomes through coaching, capability building, performance measurement, change leadership, and evidence-based decision making.

Over the past two decades, I have built, led, and transformed organizations by diagnosing performance challenges, designing development strategies, facilitating organizational change, and measuring outcomes.

 

In my current role, I serve as a trusted advisor to governing boards, executive leaders, and school leadership teams, helping them identify organizational needs, implement improvement strategies, and build sustainable leadership capacity. My work requires balancing stakeholder perspectives, translating complex data into actionable recommendations, and supporting long-term performance improvement across multiple organizations.

 

A central theme throughout my career has been designing systems that help people learn, grow, and perform at increasingly higher levels. As the founding superintendent of Lafayette Preparatory Academy, I developed professional learning systems, leadership pipelines, coaching structures, and continuous-improvement processes that contributed to the school being recognized among Missouri's highest-performing schools.
